➤ 08:30–11:30 Enter the [S21 A-Wu Desert Expressway] and traverse the Junggar Basin and the Gurbantunggut Desert
· Departing from Urumqi, head north onto the S21 Desert Expressway. This is Xinjiang’s first motorway to cross the heart of the desert, running alongside the vast Gurbantunggut Desert (China’s second-largest desert). Outside the window, endless stretches of yellow sand and undulating dunes unfold, with occasional sightings of camelthorn, sand willow and wild camels. Experience the desolate grandeur of the scene described as ‘a solitary wisp of smoke rising straight into the vast desert’.
➤ 11:30–12:00 Pass through the [Kalameli Service Area] for a brief stop to top up hot water or use the toilet.
➤ 12:00–14:00 Visit [Kalameli Desert Park]
· Kalameli means ‘black desert’. Here, the sand dunes stretch endlessly, with sand mountains reaching heights of several tens of metres, forming a typical landscape of shifting dunes. Activities available include:
· Sand dune hiking: Climb the sand mountains along wooden walkways or sand ridges to reach the summit and look out over the vast sea of sand.
· Sandboarding (subject to facilities being available; optional at your own expense): Slide down from the top of the dunes to experience the thrill of speed in the desert.
· Desert photography: With the sweeping curves of the dunes and the interplay of light and shadow, this is an excellent spot for portrait and landscape photography.
· The park is equipped with simple shelters and toilets; please ensure you are prepared with sun protection and measures against sand. The visit lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours.
➤ 14:00–14:30: Lunch at the Kela Mei Service Area or near the park (meals at your own expense; we recommend stir-fried noodles, pilaf or bringing your own packed lunch).

· Sino-Russian Old Wharf Heritage Street: Burqin prospered historically as a trading port between China and Russia; the street’s architecture is steeped in Russian charm, with colourful roofs and pointed-roofed cottages reminiscent of a fairy-tale world. You can stroll around taking photos and purchase speciality items such as Russian rye bread and kvass.
· Erqisi River: The only river in China that flows into the Arctic Ocean. Take a walk along the riverbank and admire the forested river valley bathed in the afterglow of the setting sun.
· Burqin’s ‘Internet-Famous’ Bridge: The Rainbow Bridge (also known as the ‘Kanas Bridge’) spans the Irtysh River. Brilliantly illuminated at night, it is a must-visit spot for photos. You may choose to take portraits and night-time shots either at the foot of the bridge or on the bridge itself.
· Dinner at your leisure (at your own expense; we recommend the riverside night market for grilled pike, kvass, kvas and grilled buns). After dinner, you may continue to photograph the night scenery.

Tips for today:
1. Clothing and temperature differences: The Burqin region experiences significant temperature variations between day and night, with daytime temperatures reaching 28–32°C and night-time temperatures dropping to 12–15°C. It is advisable to bring a light jacket or long-sleeved top when going out after dinner.

➤ 09:00–11:00: Drive along the [G219 National Highway], taking in views of the China–Kazakhstan border and the China–Kazakhstan Grand Canyon
· Departing from Burqin, head west onto National Highway G219 (China’s longest national highway and an important border road). The route runs along the border with Kazakhstan; on one side of the road are barbed wire fences and boundary markers, whilst in the distance you can see the rolling Altai Mountains and border outposts. Make a brief stop at the safety viewing platform to photograph the scenery along the China–Kazakhstan border and the ‘China–Kazakhstan Grand Canyon’ (a canyon deeply carved into the grasslands, with China on one side and Kazakhstan on the other). Please note: Climbing over the barbed wire is strictly prohibited, and photographs of military installations or border posts are not permitted.
➤ 11:00–12:00 Continue the journey to the Baihabah Scenic Area ticket office to complete border checks and purchase tickets
· Baihabah is a border control zone; a border pass must be obtained in advance (either at your place of household registration or at the Burqin/Kanas Tourist Service Centre upon presentation of your ID card). Please follow the tour leader’s instructions and undergo the checks as a group. Transfer to the Baihabah shuttle bus.
➤ 12:00–13:00 Arrive at [Baihabah] Village (the ‘First Village of the North-West’), check in at your guesthouse, and have a light lunch (main meal at your own expense; we recommend a simple meal at a Tuvan household or bringing your own packed lunch).
➤ 13:00–14:30 Explore the [Baihabah Old Village S-shaped Road]
· Baihabah Village is divided into the Old Village and the New Village; the Old Village retains its original Tuvan log cabins. Within the village lies a winding S-shaped road (also known as the ‘viral S-bends’), flanked by log cabins, fences and herds of cattle and sheep, with snow-capped mountains and forests as a backdrop. You may stroll along the road to capture stunning roadscapes and panoramic views of the village. The tour leader will guide you to the best vantage points.
➤ 14:30–16:00 Explore the [Baihabah·Secret Birch Forest]
· Behind the village lies a pristine birch forest, golden in autumn and lush green in summer. Streams and meadows wind through the woods, with sunlight filtering through the foliage—the perfect setting for capturing forest-themed portraits and serene landscapes.
➤ 16:00–17:00 Viewing the 【First Outpost of the Northwest】 from a distance and free time
· On the hillside behind the village stands the First Outpost of the Northwest (a border outpost), which can only be viewed from a distance; approaching it or taking photographs is strictly prohibited. You are free to explore the village and capture scenes of Tuvan daily life, as well as cattle and sheep. You may also make your own way to the ‘Lonely Tree’ (a larch standing alone on the hillside) at the village entrance for a photo opportunity.
➤ 17:00–18:30 Dinner at your leisure (at your own expense; we recommend local hotpot, grilled naan and milk tea). After dinner, you may continue strolling through the village to capture the scenery of the border village at dusk. Stargazing is possible on clear evenings.

Tips for today:
1. G219 National Highway and Border Guidelines (Key Points):
· The China–Kazakhstan border area is a military control zone. It is strictly forbidden to climb over the barbed wire fence or take photographs of sentry posts, the border line or military installations. The use of drones is prohibited. Please strictly comply with laws and regulations.
· The China–Kazakhstan Grand Canyon viewing platform is located beside the road; please park safely and do not walk into dangerous areas near the edge.
2. Obtaining a Border Pass:
· A border pass is mandatory for travel to Baihabah. Please ensure you obtain this from the Public Security Bureau at your place of household registration before departure, or on the second day of your trip in Burqin County (original ID card required).
3. Tips for sightseeing in Baihabah Village:
· On the S-shaped road through the old village, shuttle buses and local vehicles may occasionally pass; please give way when taking photographs. We recommend wearing brightly coloured clothing to contrast with the wooden houses and the road.
4. Clothing and Temperature Differences:
· Baihabah is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,200 metres. Daytime temperatures range from 20–25°C, whilst night-time temperatures can drop to around 10°C. ➤ 09:00–10:30 Traverse the [Tiejia Highway] (a little-known hidden gem and scenic route)
· Depart from Baihabah and travel along the Tiejia Highway (from Tierekti to Jiadengyu). This is a recently constructed, off-the-beaten-track scenic route with few visitors, offering pristine and magnificent scenery along the way. The road winds through the heart of the Altai Mountains, flanked by alpine meadows, spruce forests and seas of wildflowers, with snow-capped mountains stretching into the distance.
➤ 10:30–11:00 Arrive at the Kanas Scenic Area ticket office (Jiadengyu) and transfer to the scenic area shuttle bus to enter the Kanas Lake area.
➤ 11:00–13:00 Explore [Kanas Lake] (stroll along the boardwalk · take photos of the lake)
· Take a stroll along the boardwalk by Lake Kanas to experience the ‘colour-changing lake’ up close. The lake’s waters take on different hues—such as blue-green and emerald green—depending on the season and the light. You can walk along the lakeside wooden boardwalk towards Shuanghu Pier or the Turuk Rock Paintings (approximately 1–2 kilometres one way), or choose a spot by the lake to take photographs. There are several viewing platforms along the boardwalk, ideal for capturing the reflections of snow-capped mountains on the lake’s surface.
· Light lunch within the scenic area (meals at your own expense; fast-food outlets and instant noodles are available; we recommend bringing your own packed lunch).
➤ 13:00–16:00 【Fish-Viewing Pavilion】 (bookings can be made independently)

You will need to transfer to a shuttle bus at the visitor centre to reach the pavilion (approx. 30 minutes), followed by a 1,068-step climb to the summit. Once at the top, you can photograph the panoramic view of the lake’s coves, the snow-capped Friendship Peak and the site associated with the ‘lake monster’ legend.

➤ 17:30–18:30: Check in at the hotel and take a short rest.
➤ 18:30–20:00: Dinner at your leisure (at your own expense; recommended restaurants within the Kanas Scenic Area include dishes such as hand-torn lamb and noodles with wild mushrooms). After dinner, enjoy some free time to admire the evening scenery of Kanas.

Today’s friendly reminders:
1. Tips for the Tie-Jia Road:
· The Tie-Jia Road is a lesser-known scenic route. Whilst road conditions are generally good, some sections feature numerous bends and narrow lanes. Please follow the driver’s instructions, and passengers should fasten their seatbelts.
· Most stopping points along the route are temporary viewing platforms; please be mindful of oncoming traffic. Do not climb over the road barriers to enter the grasslands.
· There are no restaurants or toilets along the entire route. Please use the toilet in Baihabah before setting off and ensure you have plenty of drinking water and snacks.
2. Key points for visiting Lake Kanas:
· The lakeside boardwalk features steps and wooden walkways; please wear comfortable, non-slip footwear. Do not climb over the railings to enter the lake or scale the rock faces.
· Food and drink within the scenic area are relatively expensive; we recommend bringing your own provisions (bread, sausages, chocolate, water). Toilets are available at all shuttle bus stops.
3. Tips for the Fish-Viewing Pavilion (at your own expense):
· Admission and shuttle bus fees are approximately 20 yuan per person (subject to the scenic area’s published rates on the day) and are at your own expense. If you wish to visit, please confirm with the tour leader in advance so that a coordinated schedule can be arranged.
· Reaching the summit involves climbing 1,068 steps, taking approximately 40–60 minutes in total. Those who are not physically fit, or who suffer from high blood pressure or heart conditions, should exercise caution. Trekking poles may be brought along.
· The Fish Viewing Pavilion is situated at an altitude of approximately 2,030 metres, where it is windy and cold; a windbreaker or light down jacket is required.
· In the event of rain or heavy fog, visibility at the Fish-Watching Pavilion is poor, and a visit is not recommended.
4. Accommodation Information:
· Accommodation within the Kanas Scenic Area (such as the New Village log cabins) is basic; most are rustic log cabins with average soundproofing and insulation, but they offer the advantage of being close to the scenic views.
· Night-time temperatures are low (5–12°C) , and rooms are usually equipped with electric heaters or central heating; however, a thick coat is required when going outside.
5. Clothing and Temperature Differences:
· It is quite cold in Baihabah in the early morning, so a coat is required. It is windy at Lake Kanas during the day, making it feel colder than it actually is; we recommend quick-drying long-sleeved tops, a fleece and a windproof jacket. It is even windier and colder at the summit of the Fish Viewing Pavilion, so a thick coat is essential.

➤21:30–22:30 [Independent Stargazing]
· There is very little light pollution in Hemu, and the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye in summer. You may gaze at the starry sky or photograph star trails from the courtyard of your guesthouse or a safe area outside the village. We recommend wearing a thick jacket, as temperatures drop at night.

Today’s friendly reminders:
1. Key points for visiting the Three Bays of Kanas:
· The shuttle bus stops at the Three Bays; after getting off at each stop to take photographs, you may board the next shuttle to proceed to the following stop. Please take care not to slip when walking down the Moon Bay boardwalk to the water’s edge.
2. Hemu
· Tips regarding the White Birch Tea House:
· The location of the tea break may be adjusted depending on the season and weather (e.g. moved indoors), but the content remains the same.
· The tea break includes light refreshments; it is not a substitute for a full meal, so we recommend eating a hearty lunch.
3. Hemu
· Tips for the ‘Nine Grids’ Photo Shoot:
· The photo shoot is a complimentary activity, including one outfit, nine retouched photos and all raw files. Should queues form during peak season, please follow the tour leader’s instructions.

. In summer, sunset in Altay is around 21:00–21:30. Admire the magnificent sunset and evening sky from the mountaintop viewing platform, and capture silhouettes of the city against the snow-capped mountains.
· After sunset, the 【DJ Party】 and 【Starlit Dance Party】 commence at the mountaintop square or the Cloud Top Café area (seasonal events held on weekends or specific dates; subject to the scenic area’s actual arrangements). With a DJ spinning tracks and special lighting effects, dance the night away under the stars. Drinks are available for purchase at your own expense.
· Please take care during the event; temperatures at the summit are low at night, so be sure to wear a thick coat or a light down jacket.
➤ 21:30–22:00: Take the cable car down the mountain (please check the last cable car time in advance) and return to your hotel to rest.

Today’s friendly reminders:
1. Special note regarding the Ahe Highway (key point):
· Uncertainty of opening: The Ahe Highway is a seasonal road (usually open from June to October) and is highly susceptible to temporary closures due to weather conditions (heavy snow, icy roads, landslides). In the event of a road closure, the route will be diverted via Burqin to reach Altay.
2. Tips for departing from Hemu:
· If you plan to view the morning mist in Hemu, it is recommended that you leave the village before 05:30 to head to the Haden Viewpoint; wear a down jacket and bring a torch.
3. Clothing and Temperature Differences:
· The highest point on the Ahe Highway is at an altitude of approximately 2,500 metres, where temperatures are low (even in summer, they may range from 5–15°C); you will need to wear a windbreaker or a light down jacket when getting out of the car to take in the views. Night-time temperatures in Wuerhe are around 15–20°C, so a thick coat is not required.
Altay
D7Day 7: Altay – Sea Devil’s City – Lake Ulungur (seaside cliffs) – Urumqi (approx. 580 km, approx. 6.5 hours; the above times do not include stops for meals, toilet breaks, traffic delays, etc.) Recommended hotels: Oriental Dynasty / New Travel Golden Valley / Ili Grand Hotel or similar (specific hotels and room types cannot be requested)
The following itinerary times are for reference only; actual times may vary:

➤ 08:00–09:00 Enjoy breakfast, check out, pack all luggage and prepare to depart for the Sea Devil’s City.
➤ 09:00–11:30 Travel to the [Sea Devil’s City] scenic area. Depart from Altay and drive to the entrance of the Sea Devil’s City scenic area.
➤ 11:30–13:00: Explore the [Marine Devil’s City] in depth—the ‘sea’ furthest from the ocean, half mountain and half sea. Admire the water-eroded red cliffs and the tranquil waters of Lake Ulungur bathed in the Tyndall effect. Let time stand still in this moment.
➤ 13:00–13:40: Proceed to Lake Ulungur for a tour. Half is a Gobi canyon, half is crystal-clear lake water. Standing at the edge of the earth-coloured cliffs, look down upon the blue-green lake surface, with distant mountain ranges faintly visible in the distance—it feels as though you’ve stepped into the wild coastline of a film!
➤ 14:30–17:30 After lunch nearby (meals at your own expense; we recommend stir-fried noodles, pilaf or bringing your own packed lunch), continue on to Urumqi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to check in.
· Check in at a recommended hotel in Urumqi. End of itinerary. Dinner at your own expense (we recommend the Urumqi International Grand Bazaar Food Street, Consulate Alley or Wanda Plaza).

Tips for today:
1. Climbing the protected Yadan formations is strictly prohibited; offenders will face fines imposed by the scenic area.
2. ‘Princess of the Desert’ photo outfit suggestions:
· We recommend exotic-style long dresses in red, white or black, paired with metallic accessories, a woven hat and a scarf.
· Wear comfortable trainers or well-worn trainers (as the sand can be hot on your feet and there is a lot of walking involved); you may also bring a pair of high heels for photo shoots at specific locations.
3. Clothing and temperature differences:
· It is hot during the day at the Devil’s City (30–35°C), so summer clothing plus a sun-protective top will suffice. Night-time temperatures in Urumqi are around 18–22°C, so there is no need for a thick coat.
· There is a significant temperature difference between morning and evening, so take care to avoid catching a cold.
4. Sun protection and hydration:
· UV rays are extremely strong in the Devil’s City; apply sun cream (SPF 50+), and wear sunglasses and a sun hat.
Urumqi
D8Day 8: Urumqi – Home Sweet Home (Airport transfer)
➤ 08:00–09:00: We recommend having breakfast according to your hotel’s breakfast schedule.
You are free to organise your time according to your flight schedule. As your wonderful holiday draws to a close, say goodbye to your lovely fellow travellers one by one, pack your bags and prepare to return to the cosy home you’ve missed so much. If you are travelling back by plane or train, the driver will take you to the airport or station according to your flight or train departure time! Please make your own arrangements for lunch and dinner!

Today’s friendly reminders:
1. Please ensure you have packed all your belongings thoroughly to avoid any inconvenience caused by leaving items behind.
2. Please check out of your hotel by 14:00 Beijing Time. Any additional charges incurred due to late check-out will be at your own expense. (Be sure to double-check your belongings before leaving the hotel – don’t leave anything behind!)

Important Notes on Carpooling in Xinjiang: Please be sure to read carefully:
I. Vehicle Qualifications: Our agency strictly selects business-class vehicles with valid operating licenses. All vehicles have passed annual inspections and regular safety checks. We do not accept requests for specific vehicle models.
II. Regarding Travel Companions: This itinerary is a nationwide group tour for 2–6 people (minimum 2 participants; maximum 6). Due to the random nature of group formation, we cannot pre-screen travel companions based on age, gender, region, or other information. Special Note: Travelers with specific social preferences are advised to choose a customized private charter service.
III. Single Room Supplement Policy and Accommodation Arrangements:
Voluntary Room-Sharing Policy
Single male or female travelers who accept shared room arrangements will be exempt from the single room supplement. We guarantee only that roommates will be of the same gender; we do not guarantee specific details such as age, occupation, or region. For example, a single male traveler may be paired with male travelers of different age groups or the driver.
Explanation of Single Occupancy Fees
If you insist on single occupancy, you must pay the full single room supplement (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation).
Accommodation Rules for Groups
For groups traveling together (e.g., families or groups) with an odd number of members, the travel agency will match room partners by gender based on the room-sharing resources available on the day of travel. For example: If a family of three is traveling and the only available room-sharing partner on that day is a single male traveler, the male family member will be required to share a room with him; those who object must pay the single room supplement.
Rules for Children Not Sharing Rooms
This tour does not allow travelers with children to share rooms. If you are traveling alone with a child, you must pay the single room supplement before departure.
IV. Regarding Accommodations: As Xinjiang is still a less developed region, hotels differ significantly from those in mainland China, especially in scenic areas. We can only guarantee that they are clean and sanitary. Even so, rooms are hard to come by during peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms.
V. Seat Rotation: This is a shared ride, not a private charter. To ensure fairness throughout the itinerary, seats must be rotated daily!
VI. Driver and Guide Services: This tour does not include a tour guide; only a driver is provided. Due to the driver’s educational background and the complex road conditions in Xinjiang’s mountainous regions, long-distance driving requires a high level of concentration. The driver will remain vigilant throughout the trip and cannot be distracted by excessive conversation or interaction with passengers. Your safety is our top priority. Please prepare your own itinerary in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
VII. Regarding Pricing: Tour package prices are subject to dynamic factors such as booking timing, channel policies, the scale of resource procurement, and hotel availability. Reasonable price differences between different batches of orders are a normal market phenomenon, and price discrepancies will not be addressed. Thank you for your understanding.
Costs include:
1. Transport: A spacious, licensed seven-seater business vehicle with a 1+1 seating configuration throughout the itinerary, including but not limited to models such as Yutong, Zhongtong, Yaxing, Ford T8, Higer, JAC Xingrui and Ford Fushun. The seating layout consists of 1+1 individual seats. Specific vehicle models cannot be specified. Due to limited space inside the vehicle, we recommend that each person bring no more than one suitcase measuring 28 inches or less.
2. Airport transfers: Typically, a standard five-seater car for groups of three or fewer, and a standard business vehicle for groups of four or more;
3. Accommodation: 7 nights’ accommodation at the hotels listed in the itinerary: 4 nights at Ctrip 4-Diamond hotels, 1 night in the Kanas Scenic Area, 1 night in the Hemu Scenic Area and 1 night in the Baihabah Scenic Area. Standard double rooms for two people are the default arrangement;
4. Entrance fees: Kanas entrance fee + shuttle bus / Hemu entrance fee + shuttle bus / Baihabah entrance fee + shuttle bus / Sea Devil City entrance fee + shuttle bus;
5. Experiences: Hemu · Birch Tea and Snacks 30 per person; Hemu · Jiuge Times 40 per person (the above-mentioned activities are included; if participation is not possible due to weather conditions, a refund will be issued accordingly)
6. Driver: This tour does not include a tour guide; only a driver is provided. The driver’s board and lodging are covered by the travel agency. Due to limitations in educational background, the driver is unable to provide professional commentary. Furthermore, for safety reasons, the driver may be unable to interact with the group whilst concentrating on driving. We ask all fellow travellers to understand this and to prepare their own itineraries in advance.
7. Meals: No main meals are included throughout the tour; only breakfast is provided (breakfast is not included in Kanas, Hemu or Baihabah and must be covered by the traveller).
8. Insurance: The travel agency will purchase ‘Baoyou Wang Baoyou Changxin You’ domestic travel insurance (exclusive to travel agencies) for travellers at its own expense. The maximum cover for travel accident insurance is 200,000 yuan. The specific scope of claims and relevant liability shall be subject to the terms of the insurance policy. We recommend that guests purchase additional insurance with higher coverage limits at their own discretion!
Costs do not include: This tour package does not include a tour guide!
1. Meals: Breakfast is not included in Kanas, Hemu and Baihabah; main meals are not included throughout the tour (tourists are not required to contribute towards the driver’s board and lodging)
2. Attractions: Recreational activities within scenic areas
3. Other: A. Additional costs arising from force majeure circumstances such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, flight disruptions, mechanical breakdowns, flight cancellations or schedule changes; B. Personal expenses incurred at hotels, including laundry, hairdressing, telephone calls, faxes, pay-per-view television, beverages, tobacco and alcohol; Expenses arising from the above two categories, as well as any costs not mentioned in the ‘Included’ section, shall be borne by the traveller and will not be covered by our agency.
4. Optional Activities: Various recreational activities within the scenic areas, such as horse riding, river rafting, paragliding, helicopter tours, etc. (including but not limited to the above activities). Tourists are advised to participate with caution and give full consideration to the risks involved; these activities do not fall within the scope of the travel agency’s services.
5. Excess mileage charges: In accordance with regulations set by the Transport Administration Bureau, drivers of commercial vehicles in Xinjiang are limited to 600 kilometres per day. Should this limit be exceeded, drivers face substantial fines ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 or the revocation of their operating licence. Therefore, for travel outside the scheduled itinerary, we recommend that you arrange your own transport, such as taxis or other suitable means of transport. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
6. Contractual notes: Please be advised that the routes you have selected are predominantly in mountainous areas where weather conditions are highly variable. Before your visit, please monitor weather updates for your destination and decide for yourself whether to proceed. Should weather conditions change and you still choose to travel, any additional costs incurred as a result of stranding—including accommodation, meals and return travel—will be borne by you personally.
7. The itinerary schedule outlined above is subject to adjustment in the order of visits due to force majeure factors such as flight arrivals and departures, weather conditions and road conditions, provided that this does not affect the itinerary or the standard of hospitality. We appreciate your understanding!
Restrictions on Eligible Participants:
Our agency does not currently accept the following individuals for group tours:
1. Pregnant women
Due to the possibility of bumpy roads, altitude sickness, or limitations on emergency rescue capabilities during the trip, and to ensure the safety of both mother and child, pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy are not permitted to register for group tours.
2. Infants and toddlers under three years of age
We do not accept infants and toddlers who are unable to move independently.
3. Elderly travelers
• Ages 70–74: In addition to a health certificate, one immediate family member under the age of 60 must accompany the traveler for the entire trip;
• Ages 75 and above: Due to insurance coverage restrictions and high-risk emergency response requirements, we regret that we cannot accommodate travelers in this age group.
4. Minors Traveling Alone
• Individuals under the age of 18 must provide a letter of authorization from a legal guardian and be accompanied by at least one adult relative. Minors without a relative accompanying them will not be accepted.
5. Travelers with Disabilities:
• As the itinerary involves complex terrain such as high-altitude regions and mountainous areas, and includes activities such as extended periods of travel by vehicle and hiking, we are currently unable to accommodate travelers with limited mobility or those requiring special assistance for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Travelers from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Foreign Nationals:
• Some itineraries involve border regions; prior confirmation is required to determine whether entry is permitted for foreign nationals.
7. Group Bookings of Six or More People:
We will allocate participants to two separate vehicles based on actual capacity (each vehicle constitutes an independent small group). Each vehicle may follow a different itinerary pace or make different stops along the way. Insisting on parallel travel may disrupt the experience plans of other groups and even cause delays to the entire itinerary. Therefore, we cannot guarantee coordinated travel between vehicles; we appreciate your understanding. If this is a concern, please book an exclusive group tour.
Special Notes:
• In accordance with relevant provisions of the *Tourism Law*, travelers are obligated to truthfully disclose their health status. Travelers shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the concealment of their health status. The travel agency reserves the right to terminate the contract without liability for compensation;
• These terms are formulated in accordance with the *Standards for Travel Agencies’ Services to Senior Citizens*, the *Minors Protection Law*, and insurance underwriting rules.
Please note: This is a nationwide group tour for 2–6 people. The tour runs with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 6. We cannot guarantee the age, gender or number of fellow travellers; we appreciate your understanding.
1. When booking, please ensure you provide accurate and complete personal details and contact information to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. The travel agency accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in the information provided due to the guest’s own reasons.
2. For complimentary activities included in the itinerary, no refunds will be issued if participation is prevented by force majeure (such as transport or weather conditions) or if the guest is unable to participate for personal reasons.
3. If you choose to leave the group partway through the trip, the uncompleted portion will be deemed to have been voluntarily forfeited. Only the unused portion of your package will be refunded; transport costs are non-refundable.
4. During the trip, should an attraction be closed due to force majeure, preventing normal visits, both parties shall consult and, based on the actual circumstances, cancel or replace the attraction; any difference in cost will be refunded or paid on the spot.
5. Guests holding any form of identification entitling them to attraction discounts must inform us in advance and present their identification when purchasing tickets; specific arrangements will be subject to the attraction’s policies on the day of visit.
6. Rules for calculating the duration of the tour: If you are participating in a tour commencing and ending within mainland China, the total number of days stated for this product includes the time spent on outward and return journeys (the outward flight counts as 1 day, and the return flight counts as 1 day). Please ensure you fully understand these rules for calculating the tour duration when signing the contract. Should any misunderstanding regarding the tour duration arise due to personal reasons, the travel agency reserves the right to reject unreasonable claims. (Tourists travelling within Xinjiang only may disregard this clause)
7. Cuisine: Flavours in Xinjiang tend to be stronger, with spiciness slightly more pronounced than in other parts of mainland China. When ordering dishes or sampling local delicacies, it is advisable to eat small portions frequently. Meal times: As there is a time difference of approximately two hours between Xinjiang and the mainland (though Beijing Time is still observed), breakfast is generally served around 08:00, lunch between 14:00 and 16:00, and dinner around 20:00. Please bring your own snacks in advance.
8. As Xinjiang’s economy lags behind that of the mainland, there are significant differences between hotels of the same grade in Xinjiang and those on the mainland, as well as between accommodation in scenic areas and hotels of the same grade in cities. We ask that you be fully prepared for this.
9. Itinerary notes: The above itinerary may be subject to appropriate adjustments based on actual weather and temperature conditions on the day.
[The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only; the actual tour schedule shall prevail.]
