I’d like to share my full experience with this group tour, from signing up to returning home.

Before signing up, the customer service representative spoke with us several times and adjusted the itinerary’s pace based on our request to stay an extra night at the scenic area. The quote was clear, with everything included and excluded listed in detail—we didn’t spend a single extra penny unnecessarily, which was a big plus.

During the trip, although there wasn’t a guide providing commentary throughout, the service was top-notch. The driver was very professional—Xinjiang has many mountain roads and long drives, but he drove steadily and safely. Knowing we were from the south, he reminded us before departure that Xinjiang gets quite cool in the mornings and evenings, and even helped us prepare jackets and drinking water. Once we arrived at the attractions, he would suggest the best spots for photos—he was incredibly thoughtful.

We encountered a temporary road closure once along the way. We initially thought it would delay our itinerary, but to our surprise, customer service contacted us quickly and provided an alternative plan. Our itinerary was barely affected—they handled it very professionally.

A few tips for future travelers: You can experience all four seasons in a single day in Xinjiang, so remember to pack extra layers and wear non-slip shoes; cell service is weak in some scenic areas, so I recommend downloading offline maps in advance. Overall, the experience was marked by thoughtful service, meticulous planning, and a completely worry-free trip. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend this to my friends.
