This trip to Xinjiang was truly an unforgettable experience! Although travelling alone can be a bit lonely, this journey allowed me to appreciate the beauty and warmth of Xinjiang. Here are some of my reflections, which I hope will be helpful to friends planning a trip to Xinjiang.

🏨 Accommodation Experience
Accommodation is one of the things I worry about most when travelling, but I was very satisfied with the arrangements made by the tour group. Every evening, the hotels were very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. This sense of carefree ease was truly the most therapeutic part of the trip.

🚗 Transport and Itinerary
Personally, I prefer hassle-free travel: just hop on the coach and go, then get off and explore. This approach made me feel very relaxed and happy. The tour group’s itinerary was very well organised; attraction tickets, the schedule, activities and photo spots were all taken care of, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

💁‍♀️ Customer Service
The tour group’s customer service was also excellent. When booking the trip, I inadvertently made a slightly unreasonable request—I’d thought it was just a bit of light-hearted banter amongst girls—but to my surprise, the customer service representative took my needs very seriously. That feeling of being taken seriously really warmed my heart.

📅 The Tour Group
Every day, the tour group would send out the itinerary for the following day in advance, along with weather updates, dining recommendations and outfit suggestions – it couldn’t have been more thoughtful! The care they put into looking after their customers was truly second to none. Their team is young and full of energy, which made our trip feel completely carefree and relaxed.

All in all, this trip to Xinjiang allowed me to experience the charm of this magnificent region; it really was an unforgettable experience!
